SpeakUp Mandarin — an AI tutor that hears your tones and corrects them

A speaking-first Mandarin course for Indonesian learners. Every lesson is said out loud, corrected on the spot, and scheduled back for review before it fades.

• SpeakUp AI holds a conversation at the learner’s level and corrects the faults Indonesian speakers actually make — tone, zh/ch/sh, and -n against -ng endings.
• Curriculum aligned to HSK 3.0, with hanzi coloured per tone and pinyin the learner switches off as their ear improves.
• Spaced repetition returns a word at the moment it is about to be forgotten; streaks and daily speaking minutes carry the habit between sessions.

ACTA OS — the back office rebuilt as one system

CRM, quotations, procurement, finance, and project timelines on a single data model. Built once for ACTA, configured per company rather than forked.

• A lead qualifies into a quotation, the quotation becomes a project, and the project rolls up into its own profit-and-loss — one record, no re-keying between eight modules.
• Finance runs the full ledger in-house: invoices, bills, cash, payroll, tax, and per-project P&L, with document numbering and templates set per company.
• Clients follow a build through a tokenised share link — a live project timeline that needs no account, no login, and no chasing for a status update.

Rituals Coffee — a bilingual storefront with its own checkout and back office

Specialty coffee retail online: catalogue, checkout, shipping, session booking, and the dashboard the team runs it all from.

• Two catalogue lines — beans and equipment — with brand pages, sale pricing, and a route generated per product straight from the database.
• Indonesian and English served as separate indexed locales, /id and /en, each carrying its own hreflang pair and sitemap entries.
• Checkout wired through payment and shipping, alongside a session-booking flow and an editorial blog running on the same stack.

ACTA — a 166-product AV catalogue built to be found and quoted

Every room type and every product on its own indexed URL, each one ending in a consultation the sales team can act on.

• Eight room-type pages — smart meeting room, auditorium, house of worship, broadcast studio, and four more — written the way buyers actually search.
• 166 products across eight categories, from Yamaha and Martin Audio to Wharfedale Pro, each with a spec page rather than a line in a PDF.
• Catalogue and editorial come from Supabase, so the team lists a new product or writes up a finished install without waiting on a deploy.
