What was breaking
A studio manual is needed when someone is standing in front of a rack, a mixer, or a silent speaker. A long PDF makes that person search by chapter; a reliable operating guide has to tell them what to do next.
What we built
The manual became a route-based knowledge system. Daily work uses step-by-step checklists, common sessions start from playbooks, equipment has its own map, and faults branch through troubleshooting. English and Indonesian live in the same interface.
What changed
Each operational task has its own URL. Checklist progress stays in the browser session, while command search and the quick-start dialog route users directly to the task in front of them. Built in Next.js.
What shipped
- 01Eight sections cover studio rules, rooms and equipment, daily operations, session playbooks, tutorials, tips, troubleshooting, and resources.
- 02The opening flow turns rack power, Logic Pro, speakers, monitoring, and the final cable check into thirteen ordered steps with saved progress.
- 03Quick start, command search, EN/ID switching, and interactive troubleshooting get a student or operator to the right instruction without reading the whole manual.
